Graelic provided concept planning and master planning for the phased development of this lifestyle center. The project is located on 75 acres and is over 2 million square feet. The parking for this complex service a mix of specialty retail, casual and fine dining restaurants, Class A office space, for sale and rentable residential and hotel. The project is supported by eight parking structures and surface parking encompassing 8,000 parking spaces.
Graelic provided concept planning for the retail mall development. A unified structural system was developed to be utilized for each subsequent garage design. The structural system had to be repetitive and simplistic enough to be applied to each garage regardless of it shape to ensure a cost effective solution.
Goodyear World Headquarters
Akron, OHIO
Graelic provided parking design/build consulting services for a 5-level above grade parking structure with 2,910 spaces and 219 surface spaces. The parking was developed to support the relocation of approximately 3,000 Goodyear employees. This 975,000 square foot parking structure includes a pedestrian bridge linking it to Goodyear's New World Headquarters. Services included criteria development and procurement, functional design consulting, signage/wayfinding programming, parking equipment design and project administration services.
